What might happen to the sea level if all the water in earths glaciers were suddenly released

Scientists predicted that if all of the glaciers melted (like the polar icecaps for example) they said that if the ice melts it will end it the ocean and the seas but this is how it will affect us: 
Due to climate changes and Global warming the ice sheets and ice cubes in Antarctica is melting, it usually doesn't snow like usual during this time of the year no matter what season it is from spring to fall, summer to winter it is always cold in Antarctica and due to climate changes and global warming the temperature has been rising and it hasn't snow that much than usual, that is how the ice is melting. It was said by some scientists that if the ice melts or chunks of ice falls into the ocean the sea level will rise.
