How long ago were the first sheep domesticated

The history of the domestic sheep goes back to between 11000 and 9000 BCE, and the domestication of the wild mouflon in ancient Mesopotamia. Sheep are among the first animals to have been domesticated by humans.

1 - since it's a library, i'd like putting a sculpture from ancient greece, probably from the hellenistic epoch.

2 - i'd also like the statue to be from a famous person from that time, a philosopher of possible.

3 - i'd want the statue to be of a man sitting down on a tree stump with a book on his hands (either writing or reading), to demonstrate the love for reading.

4 - i'd also like to have the statue with a darkish colour and high contrast, as well as a statue that resembles balance and a little movement on his head if he is reading or on his hand if he's writing.
