Do all celestial objects rise and set?

The rising and setting points of celestial bodies (sun, moon, stars, and planets) are determined by their positions on the celestial sphere.

The celestial sphere is an imaginary sphere with the earth at its center. The sky overhead is the half of the sphere we see from earth, appearing as a dome (even though the sky extends infinitely into space). The other half of the sphere is below the circle of the horizon.

i came across this and i found it funny that when you're bored you play hangman on so im going to guess a : )

not because of any physical definition – as you can see cheerleading meets all of the athletic specifications. but, because cheerleading’s primary purpose is to support high school and college athletic teams. competition comes second! in other words, cheerleading is more than a sport.
