Explanation:

Diego Rivera was a Mexican painter who was very openly communistic. The painting in question obviously shows man torn between capitalistic movement and politics, and communist movement and politics.

We can see on the right side famous communists, like Lenin, Engles, Trotsky, and Marx. The workers are fighting and there is a famous red flag symbolizing communism.

On the left, figures of Charles Darwin and John Rockefeller, Jr can be recognized. Women are playing cards, people are smoking, the police are beating people and the army is advancing carrying fas masks. Because of this portray of capitalism, the painting was called anti-capitalist propaganda and was ordered to be destroyed.
