no, don't leave the world yet. Instead, explore hobbies you like. make friends,  explore the world virtually or outside. search positive words. make yourself feel comfortable like relaxing on a bed. watch your fav tv show to calm down. if you need friends find some online. drink tea as it helps you calm down. I hope your safe, just to let you know everyone cares for you. remember your not alone. I'm saying this cause I felt the same before, I  felt better after this. stay safe! :}

not because of any physical definition – as you can see cheerleading meets all of the athletic specifications. but, because cheerleading’s primary purpose is to support high school and college athletic teams. competition comes second! in other words, cheerleading is more than a sport.
