ik this might sound really dumb, and i will probably get reported, but these are just feelings. Its kind of the same as telling him that your sad, or angry. Telling someone that your happy or sad may be easier, but you cant help feeling sad, right? This is just the same. You cant help liking him. It isnt your fault. Just be out with it.
