How to get over my severe depression problems. Here is a little back story, I was adopted, and everyone that I have tried to get to like me never does. So I have never felt loved at all. Plz help

I feel so bad for you. try talking to a therapist or someone you feel close too! you’re loved and you’re an amazing person! , no matter what people will always be there for you. i too have depression and anxiety. it’s hard but stuff like trying different foods help:), also watching loads of scary movies and cases help for me.
