I need help my gf brokeup with me and its hard coping with it

Something that makes losing someone easier is thinking about how the pain will help you grow into a stronger person, and while yea, losing her hurts and it's going to be hard, you can try and look at the good and bad in the relationship so you know what you want and/or don't want in a relationship, try taking some time to find yourself again, relax and do things that make you happy, it's okay to cry, do whatever you need to make yourself feel better because losing people hurts
