16 to me is not considered grown up but you can make your own choices and be wise and do things on your own but you technically are still a minor.  At 16, you can do many things like a grown up, for example driving and having a job. Also, you are still learning and growing at that age. But, you can only be 16 once so way not live it the way you want to!
