What is your favorite herb to season dishes with? Must answer and why do you like this herb?

This might be a regular answer, but I like using parsley.

Explanation:

I like seasoning/ adding garnish to my dishes with parsley because of the similarities it had with cilantro. Many might not agree with me when I say that, but parsley (even though I think it's similar to cilantro), has a less strong flavor to it than cilantro.
