instructions: now that you've learned about the basic elements of good decision making, it's time to apply those skills. consider the following scenario:

you've recently received the "employee of the month" award at the restaurant where you work as a server. the restaurant has recently received several negative reviews, most of them citing poor customer service, on a popular social media network .your supervisor has put you in charge of developing a presentation that will address the key elements of good customer service as well as the characteristics of a good employee, including work ethic, self-management, positive work habits and attitudes, and the like. your supervisor has asked that you decide whether the staff would respond to the presentation best if it were presented by you or a member of management. use a presentation tool such as microsoft powerpoint or prezi to create this presentation. you should include at least 10 slides and five corresponding images or clip art. then use the decision-making steps you learned to decide whether to give the presentation yourself or delegate the task to a member of management. write a brief description of your decision-making process. write down your decision along with a detailed description of your decision-making process to submit to your teacher.
