Why can't the question, "what is art? " ever really be answered?
a. art is subjective, so there is no one definition. it's up to each person to decide for him or herself what art is.
b. it can be answered, but it doesn't matter because art doesn't need a definition.
c. if this question were ever answered, art critics would no longer have jobs.
