You can sometimes get the background to blur a little if you move the subject of the photograph as close to the background as you can? true or false

I think it is false because if you move closer to the background, then it would come out more. Tell me if I am wrong or right! Thank you!

I think that might be possible. Because usually if you closer then your supposed to that usually happens.
