This is my research essay, i need a opinion on it.

many nations have a constitution, but they do not all have constitutional governments. the following will describe the constitutional government, and how it is organized to prevent the abuse of power. we will describe three branches of government and how these three branches can limit their power. we will also give an example of a nation in today's world, that we think is not a constitutional government.
the the magna carta, written by king john of england, and stephen langton, a cardinal of the roman catholic church during 1215, played a superior role in influencing the founding fathers’ ideas of the government . it was sought out to eliminate tyranny and an abundant amount of power, which was played out by king james., but it also it was greatly held to be the people’s reassertion existence or the truth of rights against an oppressive ruler, a legacy that captured american distrust of concentrated political power. the petition right, citing the magna carta, and english document, reminded the king, that is was the law and not the king, that protected the rights of the englishman. reference magna carta first attempt.
constitutional governments play a big advantage for citizens in the society we live in today by preventing the abuse of power. this was laid out by the ideologies of checks and balances ,and separation of power founded by charles montesquieu, which was interpreted by john locke, who both influenced the founders' ideas of how to limit the power of government. montesquieu, a french lawyer and a political philosopher concluded that checks and balances consist of three branches of government; the executive, legislative, and judicial branch. each of these three branches of government can limit the power of the other. each branch ‘checks’ the power of the other branch to make sure that power is balanced between them. the executive branch can veto, meaning reject bills from legislative branch, but the legislative branch can override the veto or rejection. legislative is being a part of the united states government that creates the laws. the judicial branch is a part of the u. s government that interprets the law and administers/manages justice. the judicial branch composed decisions based on the interpretation of the law. different interpretation means different results.
we have gathered that most nations have a constitution, but they do not all have constitutional governments such as saudi arabia due to ruling under the sharia law, but ones that do have a constitutional government prevent the abuse of power by using the ideology of separation of power and checks and balances such as executive judicial and legislative branches. the three branches can limit each other’s power as well as vetoing law.
most nations often rule under a constitution, but what they lack is the function and structure of a constitutional government. these countries are known as being or having an "uncoded" constitution. a country most known for being uncoded is saudi arabia located in asia. it is known in today's society as being a theocracy or also defined as a system of government running in the name of god or for god. saudi arabia is strictly enforced by the sharia law which derives by the islamic prophet muhammad. the sharia is the religious law governing the members of the islamic faith . it is from the religious commandments of islam, specifically in the quran. it is enforced in saudi arabia by muttawa, its religious police that seeks out and arrests violators to be flogged, imprisoned and/or beheaded. so being a foreigner provides a disadvantage due to having no protection in saudi arabia, which annually beheads more foreigners than its own citizens. 97% of saudi arabia's 19 million citizens are muslims, as are the majority of the 8 million foreigners who live and work in saudi arabia. non-muslims are forbidden from practicing their religion in saudi arabia, where islam is the only religion allowed, who live by the quran, the islamic bible.
